Class types include Athletic Stretch, Barremax, Pound, Strength Circuit, Tabata, HiLo, and Metabolic Conditioning. Our group fitness classes are open to everyone at any age or fitness level, and our fabulous instructors are fully trained to offer modifications to movements as needed.
