Is Pizza a Ketogenic Food?
This one is! This is LeAnna’s latest concoction, and it was delicious.
She started by grinding up 2 lbs of chicken breast and using the food processor to shred some Parmesan Reggiano and Fontina cheese. The Fontina cheese has the same consistency as mozzarella, and it melted nicely in the oven.
Once the crust was ready, LeAnna proceeded to add the marinara sauce to the crust, and then added the Fontina cheese as the final ingredient.
The first step (after grinding and shredding) was to create the crust by combining the chicken with the Reggiano cheese. Once is was flattened out on the baking pan, she put it in the oven to brown for about 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
Another 5 minutes in the oven to melt the cheese and here’s what we got. And yes, it was as delicious as it looks!
